DOCE CONSEJOS PARA CONQUISTAR EL NUEVO AÑO

Primera parte
Proverbios 1:1-5

Lo que usted haga al comienzo de cada año, determinará el comportamiento del mismo. Debemos proyectarnos para tener el mejor año de nuestra vida y decretar que será como el año del jubileo, una fiesta permanente en el Señor, y veremos Su bendición cada día.

El rey Salomón en el libro de Proverbios, presenta doce principios claves para llevar una vida equilibrada y exitosa:

1. Sea una persona de determinación firme (Proverbios 1:10)
Hay una continua presión del mundo, sobre el hombre, la mujer, el joven y aun los niños para que dejen el camino correcto y se inclinen hacia lo que la gran mayoría hace. La juventud la recibe de fuentes diversas: La universidad, el sector en donde vive, los lugares que frecuenta. El mal deambula por las calles y la presión busca doblegar la voluntad de las personas. Más el creyente debe mantenerse fiel a Dios y a Su Palabra, no cediendo a las presiones de los pecadores, ni consintiendo los argumentos que ellos tienen en su vida, determinándose servir a Dios. Comience este año con determinación y fe.

2. Debe pedir inteligencia (Proverbios 2:3-5)
La inteligencia proviene de Dios. Si usted le pide al Señor inteligencia, se asombrará de todas las ideas que Él traerá a su mente, y de la gracia que le dará para que las ejecute. En su interior hay una riqueza única, un gran tesoro, que si usted utiliza con inteligencia para Su gloria, verá la bendición en su vida.

3. Cultive una dependencia total de Dios (Proverbios 3:5)
Al ser humano le es difícil depender de un Ser al que no ve. Dios me permitió comprender que el camino angosto es el camino de fe, y el ancho es la persona que hace todo por medio de la lógica. Una persona que camina en la lógica tiene muchos caminos que elegir. En cambio, el que camina en fe, tiene una sola opción: depender de Dios

4. Sea generoso con Dios (Proverbios 3:9-10)
Cuando vaya a la casa de Dios, lleve la mejor ofrenda, algo que salga de su corazón. Determine ser generoso con Dios. Dios siempre tiene más para darnos de lo que nosotros tenemos para darle a Él. Sea generoso con Dios. Si nunca lo ha hecho, empiece ahora. Pruébese, aumente un porcentaje en el diezmo y en la ofrenda, y crea que Él bendecirá sus graneros con abundancia.

5. Cuide su mente (Proverbios 4:23)
No debe consentir ningún pensamiento que no venga de Dios. No permita que el enemigo le hable a través de él; enmudézcalo y deshágase de eso en el Nombre de Jesús. Su mente es sagrada. Satanás siempre tratará de conquistarla, pues sabe que si lo logra, conquistará el resto de su ser. No lo permita.

6. Proteja su matrimonio (Proverbios 5:18-19)
La Palabra de Dios habla del matrimonio como un manantial, una fuente de agua cristalina. No contaminemos esa agua con la impureza sexual. Dios creó al hombre con impulsos sexuales, pero estos sólo deben canalizarse dentro del matrimonio. La vida sexual en el matrimonio no es un pecado, sino una bendición. Hay muchas bendiciones en el matrimonio, por eso, debemos protegerlo todos los días. Uno construye o destruye el hogar con las actitudes, pero si nos proponemos construir el mejor hogar del mundo, podremos lograrlo.


TWELVE TIPS TO CONQUER THE NEW YEAR

Proverbs 1:1-5


Whatever you do in the beginning of each year will determine the way that year goes. We must visualize ourselves having the best year of our lives; we must decree that it will be a year of jubilee. When we have a feast with the Lord we will experience his blessing every day.

King Solomon, in the book of Proverbs, gives us 12 key principles to live a balanced and successful life:

1. Be a person with firm determinations (Proverbs 1:10)
The believer must remain faithful to God and to His word; not giving in to the pressure of sinners, or supporting the arguments that they have in their lives, they must only determine to serve God. Man cannot allow the contamination of the continuous attack of immoral impurity that comes through T.V., magazines, movies, etc. If sinners seek to deceive you, don't let them. A person falls into a trap when their will gives room to the desires of the adversary. But remember that God will not allow any test that you cannot endure; He will grant you the strength that you need. Nobody can say that the temptation was greater than God's help. Begin this year with determination and with faith.

2. Ask for intelligence (Proverbs 2: 3-5)
You must ask the Lord to grant you intelligence, creative ideas, and understanding to do many things. He has much to give you. Do not allow the circumstances to pressure you and therefore limit your actions. If you ask the Lord for intelligence, you will be surprised by the ideas that He will bring to your mind, and by the grace that He will give you to put those ideas into action. With in you lies a great treasure. If you use this wisely you will experience the blessing of God in your life.

3. Depend completely on God (Proverbs 3:5)
Solomon's advice is to depend completely on God. As human beings it is difficult to depend on some one who is invisible. God allowed me to understand that another way of seeing this is that the narrow path speaks of a life of faith, and the wide path is the life based on logic. A person who walks by logic has many options without having to develop faith. On the other hand, a person who walks by faith has only one option: to depend completely on God.


4. Be generous with God (Proverbs 3:9-10)
When you go to the Lord's house have the bet offering ready, something that truly flows from your heart. Be generous in your giving to God. God always has much more to give us than what we can possibly give Him. If you have never done so, now is the time to begin. Test yourself by increasing your tithe and your offering. Believe that God will bless your life with abundance.

5. Guard your mind (Proverbs 4:23)
You cannot contemplate any thought that does not come from God. Do not allow the enemy to speak to you through his thoughts. Silence that voice; rid yourself of it in the name of Jesus. Your mind is sacred. Satan will always try to conquer it because he knows if he succeeds he will be able to dominate the rest of your being, don't allow this.

6. Protect your marriage (Proverbs 5:18-19)
The word of God speaks of marriage as a fountain, which flows with crystalline waters. Let us not contaminate this water by sexual impurity. God made man with sexual impulses, but these should only be brought about within marriage. A sexual life within marriage is not a sin, rather a blessing. When. There are many blessings in marriage and for this reason you should protect it everyday. You build or destroy your home with attitudes but we can have the best home in the world if we are determined.
